How it works

1.          Shop. Spend $150 or more on Porsche Lifestyle products in a single transaction between 5 and 21 November 2026.

2.          Book. We’ll provide you with a booking code at the time of purchase, with your receipt. Use the code to book your complimentary Santa photo session at PCSS online.

3.          Smile. Arrive on time, meet Santa, and leave with festive photos to treasure.

Gift the driver in your life a Porsche Design timepiece, a Martini Racing capsule piece, a model car for under the tree, or something from the kids’ collection. Tequipment accessories and genuine parts count towards your $150 too — servicing and vehicle purchases don’t.

General questions

When will Santa be at Porsche Centre Sydney South?
Friday 20 November 2026 from 9.30am to 4pm, and Saturday 21 November 2026 from 9am to 4.30pm, at 470 Gardeners Road, Alexandria.

How do I get a complimentary Santa photo session?
Spend $150 or more in a single transaction at Porsche Centre Sydney South between 5 and 21 November 2026. You’ll receive a unique code to book your session.

What counts towards the $150?
Porsche Lifestyle collection products, Tequipment accessories and genuine parts purchased in store.

Servicing doesn’t count, so paying a service invoice on your car won’t qualify you for a session. Repairs, labour and other service-related charges are excluded too, as are vehicle purchases and deposits.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. Buying a Porsche gift voucher counts towards your $150. You can’t use an existing voucher or gift card to pay for the qualifying spend.

Can I combine purchases to reach $150?
No. The $150 must be spent in a single transaction.

I spent more than $150. Do I get more than one session?
No. It’s one session per household, however much you spend.

What if I return my purchase?
If a refund takes your purchase below $150 before your session, the complimentary session no longer applies. Once your photos have been taken, goods from your qualifying purchase can be exchanged but not refunded for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law aren’t affected.

How many people can be in the photo?
Up to six people per session.

Can we have a photo with cousins and friends?
Yes, as long as your group is six people or fewer.

Can I visit Santa without having a photo?
[Yes. You’re welcome to say hello during your booked session without a photo being taken.]

How long is the session?
Each session is 10 minutes. It’s a quick visit with Santa, not a full portrait session.

What photos do I receive?
Three prints produced on site on the day — one 6x8” and two 4x6” — plus three digital images emailed within 48 hours.

Can I preview or choose my photos?
Our photographer selects the best shots from your session. Retakes and extra poses aren’t available.

Will my photo be landscape or portrait?

Can we take our own photos or videos?
No. Personal photography and filming aren’t permitted during sessions. Our photographer will capture the moment for you.

I’m unhappy with my Santa photo. What can I do?
Contact us at events@porschesydneysouth.com.au within 7 days of your session. We’ll review your images and do our best to help, but we can’t offer reshoots.

How long do I have to wait to receive my photos?
You’ll take your prints home on the day. Digital images arrive by email within 48 hours.

I forgot to collect my prints.
Contact us at events@porschesydneysouth.com.au or (02) 9693 9000. Uncollected prints can be collected from the Lifestyle store until 24 December 2026.

I didn’t receive my photo email.
Check your junk or spam folder first. If it’s not there 48 hours after your session, email events@porschesydneysouth.com.au with your name and session time and we’ll resend it.

Can I print my digital photos?
Yes. Digital images are supplied in high resolution for personal printing and sharing.

Can I buy additional photos or copies?
[Additional images and prints aren’t available for purchase.]

How long can I download my digital photos?
Until [DATE]. Links expire after that date.

Will my photos be used by Porsche?
No. Your photos are for you alone. We won’t use them in any marketing or promotional material.

Is the event child-safe?
Yes. Our Santa holds a current NSW Working With Children Check, and children must be with a parent or guardian at all times.

Is there parking?
Parking onsite is limited, with street parking available in the surrounding area. Please allow extra time on event days.

Booking questions

Do I need a booking?
No, but we recommend booking to secure your time. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability on the day. Sessions are only available to customers with a qualifying purchase.

How do I make a booking?
After your qualifying purchase, our team will give you a unique booking code. Enter it at [booking link] to choose your session time. Bookings close at 3pm on Saturday 21 November 2026.

Do I need to pay for my session?
No. Sessions are complimentary with a qualifying purchase, so there’s nothing to pay at booking or on the day.

There are no available times to book.
Sessions are limited and allocated first come, first served. Contact us at events@porschesydneysouth.com.au or (02) 9693 9000 and we’ll let you know if a spot opens up.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session time. Show it when you arrive. No email? Check your spam folder, then contact us.

What time was my booking?
Check your confirmation email. Can’t find it? Contact us at events@porschesydneysouth.com.au or (02) 9693 9000 with your name and we’ll confirm your time.

How do I reschedule my booking?
Contact us at least 72 hours before your session at events@porschesydneysouth.com.au or (02) 9693 9000. Changes are subject to availability.

What if I need to cancel?
Let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another family. Missed sessions can’t be rescheduled.

What if I’m running late?
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Sessions run back to back, so we can’t hold or extend sessions for late arrivals.

What if I miss my booking?
Unfortunately, missed sessions can’t be rescheduled or replaced, as every session is fully booked.

Can I walk in without a booking?
Yes, if there’s an unbooked session available on the day and you’ve already made a qualifying purchase of $150 or more. Bring your receipt. Booked customers always take priority.

I made a qualifying purchase but didn’t get a booking code.
Bring or email your receipt to events@porschesydneysouth.com.au and we’ll issue your code.

Pet questions

Can I bring my pet to have a Santa photo?
Yes. Well-behaved pets on leads are welcome to join your family’s session.

Can I book a pet-only session?
No. Pets join a standard family session, and count towards the group of six.

What are the rules for pets?
Pets must stay on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour and any mess or damage. We may end a session if a pet becomes unsafe or distressed.

Can pets come into the showroom?
